Story
Know by many names such as The Black Scourge, Deathwing is a ruthless tyrant overwhelmed with the idea of destroying the world to reshape it in a new image; his image, where Dragons are the dominate species and the remaining races permitted to live are servants to these dragons. He was driven insane through the whispers of an ancient parasite imprisoned on Azeroth by the Titans, these parasites were able to telepathically break into Deathwing's mind and pollute him into believing his was the strongest dragon of the five aspects, that he should be ruler, and that his reign would be the perfect utopia for the world to survive in harmony.
This idea planted deep within his mind had grown to define him as madness or insanity unrestrained. Deathwing does most of what is in his power to create destruction and chaos upon this world.
Armor and Appearance
Once a typical black and green colored dragon, Deathwing's contact with an ancient relic empowered him to the point of overcharging his body with elemental energy. His body began to transform and eventually decay. Utilizing the resources of a clan of Goblins (his favorite non-dragon race) they managed to forge adamantite plating onto his skin to prevent lava (his internal fluids and other vital systems) from escaping his body in order to maintain his health.
