Gladiator's plan
Gladiator's S.W.O.T analysis
Strengths -
Fear - they do not fear defeat and prey on the fear of others.
Spy - Primary weapon of their trade is sabotage.
Infiltration - They have spies/allies in every organization in KoC.
Nothing to lose - subjective.
Weaknesses -
Chaotic - they don't follow any govern rules except 1.
Reckless - they strike and attack whomever they want whenever they want.
Limited Vision - They have but one purpose to bully and antagonize other players.
Lack of Intelligence - Gladiator's don't have a strategy or end game plan.
Nothing to lose - subjective. They whine and cry about losing gold ergo they do have something to lose.
Opportunities -
Chaotic Nature - leaves them to blind weaknesses and irrational behavior. They act on instinct rather than logic and reasoning. Without either they can be easily manipulated to serve our purpose.
Recklessness - because they attack whoever they want, we will have allies willing to support us in this effort.
Limited Vision - Because they aren't intelligent and single minded with their purpose my plan use their limited vision to steer them to our objective.
Lack of Intelligence - Much like the previous point, they don't have the forethought or intuition to suspect anything except business as usual. They, like most of SR, don't see me or my plan as a threat.
Nothing to lose - They believe this to be a strength, but it is actually a double edged sword that wielded correctly destroys their entire purpose.
Threats -
Lack of funding - I will need players willing to supply funds to assault them. To respond to this threat, I intend to monitor the finances closely to insure the optimal amount of disruption can be obtained and the minimal amount that can be lost.
Spies within our ranks - If this information gets leaked, it could tank this plan. To counter this I'm selective with whom I'm communicating these plans to. So far only myself and AP know of this. Everyone else involved are soldiers who follow orders and don't question the reason.
SR removing Jax - If I don't have access to scripts, I lose a lot of my eyes and ears.
Purely offensive plan - This plan isn't meant to be a defensive measure, it is purely offensive designed.
Strategy
Sons of Anarchy aka SAMCRO - A rogue organization who's purpose is to dispatch other rogue-organizations with similar tactics. Possibly the first Rogue Organization who's sole purpose is to fight other rogue organizations. Sons of Anarchy leader Jax-Teller will draw enemy fire by antagonizing and retaliating against the entire organization of Gladiators inciting their chain attacks. This draws fire away from other ranking clans. Funded by a few supporters of the cause, Jax and his team will be able to sustain an on-going war that will be intended to last the entire age and will not stop until Gladiators is disbanded and their players have quit KoC.
Rogue Operatives - In addition to SAMCRO who will be waging a frontal war, Jax has alternative contacts who will strike and wage war on Gladiators from a different front giving Gladiators an additional target to disperse their attention upon. Funded by Jax, these units will appear anonymous and only aggressive towards SAMCRO's enemies.
Data collection - Questioning and inquiring about Gladiator members will help us locate any spies as well working with SR intelligence, our intention is to find out who the spies are and eliminate them.
Base Buster - Infiltration units within Gladiators meant to cause conflict within Gladiator's ranks. They will falsely sabotage *selected* SR targets with minimal impact to SR members while also attacking other organizations such as FoD and LaCN in order to incite their anger and aggression against Gladiators. These players will be spared attacks from SAMCRO and the Rogue Operatives

Weakness - Players like this aren't used to being massively scrutinized and focused. He'll take pride and joy knowing that his buddies are fighting for him, but it will all the more add to the 'realism' of this artificial conflict. Focusing him out of the pack will cause minor destabilization.
