Talia Al Ghul (Pisses me off)

Talia Al Ghul: I know this charater has been played by alot of people but I know here
inside and out. Of course as a fellow DC fan you know the story line. I am not trying to
mingle a lovers fling with you. Even though our charater had that. I play by ear. But just
to let you know. I am the real Talia. ;)

Batman: Do you want my honest opinion, which will be brutal.

Talia Al Ghul: Go head I already know your a stiff when it comes to this. I been warned
but I like feed back

Batman: I absolutely love Talia as a character. And while *I* may not be the best
Batman ever nor 100% true to any universe...And my judgment is based purely on your
profile and what little I have seen of you thus far. Your portrayal may be accurate to the
comics and their horrific writing from authors who know absolute dick about her, as is
the case with your portrayal thus far. I don't think anyone has ever pissed me off so
much with a canon character as much as just seeing all of the information on your
profile compiled. It's like you took *EVERYTHING* terrible about her and threw it into a
character and chose to play the most terrible pre-requisits to the character and
amphlified them out of some bizarre understanding of the character that you don't really
know. There is only one OTHER thing you're missing that would make me not even talk
to you, if you had done it. And that is mention Jason Todd as a love interest. I don't
really know where you're going with this character and just (C)

Batman: seeing it really pisses me off. So, congrats that you have been able to pull off
flawlessly what others have tried so hard to do and failed. It may seem like I'm
personally attacking you, and I won't hide from it, I am. I won't hide from the fact that my
own portrayal and understanding of my character and yours is on the table. The
difference is debateable from either side of who is right and wrong, I don't really care.
You essentially are playing one of Batman's primary love interests and effectively tell
Batman to "fuck off." with the information on your profile. To add insult to injury, you
smack Bane in the face by stating on your profile "Beloved" which is HER exclusive
nickname for Batman and the same in turn. /rant over, I got it off my chest.

Talia Al Ghul: OK. Now let me inside on you. As for Talia, I KNOW all about Batman
as her love interest, She never had a thing for Bane but I didnt want to be just like the
comics. The animated series did show her true devotion to Batman alone but I am sick
of the same crap. As I put in my OCC I did MY Talia as comic, animated and movie
combine to make my OWN. I love this charater. I was born and raised around this
comic. Now, I know you are not the best Batman I have seen. Shit anyone can pull off a
Batman because EVERYONE Knows his story. You want the true Taila??? The one
from the real comic?? the one from the real shows and games?? I KNOW HER. I
choose NOT to play that exact character. So I am sorry to have pissed you off with my
Taila. But if there is anyone in this world you knows her stories inside and out and read
all the comics about her... That would be me. I came her to play a character of mine that
I truely love...not to please the people in here. I never expected to be mingled to (c)

your configurations. I understand and appreciate that you want to give her a different
take; I encourage that in all of my Rpers. But this direction of the character, I won't
accept.

her.

Talia Al Ghul: I remember that. And I think the game game was great. Ok. So....you do
want Talia to be interested in Bruce Wayne as the 3??

Batman: Daughter of the Demon also ties into 411
Batman: The only reason why Batman doesn't settle with Talia or Diana (Wonder
Woman), in my opinion and observation, they both complete him and inspire him to be
good.
Batman: Diana essentially makes him retire as a good man free of guilt, pain, and
vengeance.
Batman: Talia on the other hand.

Talia Al Ghul: Right.

Batman: Makes him realize that he has more to offer the world as Bruce Wayne than
Batman.

Talia Al Ghul: But in the comics Bruce and Talia do have a child.

Batman: That is essentially why Talia and Bruce can NEVER stay together
Batman: The key thing about Talia that writers forget about...Is her love for Humanity
Batman: 411 and DCAU show you exactly how Talia loves humanity.
Batman: Which is what she likes about Bruce
Batman: Ra's is a madman and she knows that

Talia Al Ghul: True...She didnt want the life as her father lived. I remember.

Batman: That's been Retconned as Ra's "Brain washed:" her
Batman: So Grant Morrison has made Talia a retarded ass character.

Batman: Chris Nolan (Despite I love his Universe.) made Talia a really dull and terrible
character. (+1 for having her and Bruce sleep together) but the rest of her is terrible.

the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul with such disrespect."
Batman: She takes pride in her status as "Future Empress", deserving in a manner of
speaking.
Batman: I'm hit or miss how I like that aspect.


Talia Al Ghul: Yea...I remember. lol Thats the reason why I liked her so much.
Talia Al Ghul: She has a lot of respect and very strong woman.

Batman: Yes. The thing about Batman is, you have to have a strong personality and
strength in your character because Batman has a lot of depression and brooding that, a
normal woman would give up and surrender on

Batman: Talia, Diana, and Selina can endure it and help turn it into something positive
Talia Al Ghul: Well, I take that challenge. I will make Talia a great character again. I
promise.

Batman: We'll see.

Talia Al Ghul: Lol....I dont give up easily...if I did I would have left crying after your
opinions.

Batman: I don't ask for 100% canon, history, or whatever. But some element to *prove*
you know canon is what I expect because you may have my acceptance and approval,
but you still need to convince others, and if you're 100% original, you're not going to
have anyone's approval.

Talia Al Ghul: I know. Like I said, I knew Talia, I just knew all her stories. There were
specific parts of her life that were the best for this time. I will make it better. I know my
girl. Just need to tweek a few things.

Batman: Grant Morrison is a pretty good writer
Batman: but, his Talia is horrific.
Batman: A lot of writers don't like Talia and place her in the worst of positions because
of her relationship with Ra's
Batman: they completely ignore her relationship with Batman

Talia Al Ghul: You know, I never seen that till now. Now that you said something I
always thought she was suppose to be that evil way always. I mean, I like her nice and
compassinate. I just didnt expect her to stay that way. But I like your sight of her better.
Talia Al Ghul: No worries. I will make her a great character next time you see me. I will
prove I am a big fan. And true to her. I always like imputs so dont be shy to lash out lol.

Do I want deep down inside for Talia to have an exclusive love interest to power her rps? Yes. Bane and Jason Todd seem to fit that bill since you wont touch her. But there is no Jason, or Bane is there? Nope. The is no Ra's so she can have co-op RPs with dad huh? Nope. So where does that lead me. In a corner like I always am drinking my coffee. I worked my ass off making Talia the best. For what? for side Rps that never finish. For small spats. Put yourself in my shoes. That would piss you off.
