Donna Troy: she can create illusions and alter reality. yes...Donna coming on to Orin. Circe uses the Mirror of Circe to alter her appearance to look like Donna and cast magic to gain abilities like Wonder Woman. I'm reading the wiki for help =)
Batman: Okay I'm going to give you a lot of information. your job is to keep your hand close to the chest unless you can "win" something out of it. Basically, you'll trade information if they give you certain things that Circe wants.Otherwise, you can tease and boast how you know "things"
Batman: What Circe has discovered is that the Mutant people are all originate from America and all of them were declared missing for 1 month (all of July) before they suddenly appeared back in society with no memory of what happened throughout July. Upon their return to society, these powers were developed, so used their powers for good while others didn't.
Batman: The "Devil" is a crime lord in Africa who clearly isn't using his power for good. Circe knows that the people given this power also trend towards an immoral compas and are typically criminals who are likely to abuse this power.Batman: The Devil is currently facing off against Aquaman
Batman: She also knows there is another person who is located in Metropolis who has developed super abilities and also seems to have a tie to what is really the cause of these Superhumans. That person, Circe has already discovered who is behind it, but she won't reveal that because it plays into a bigger plan

Batman: Essentially, she wants the heroes to find out, but she won't make it easy for them because she wants something in return (always)
