GrandAdmiral Natasi Daala: All things being equal, bounty hunter, I'd rather you die later than sooner.
GrandAdmiral Natasi Daala has left Dantooine (Star Wars) at 2:39 pm
Boba Fett: You present a very strong arguement, Admiral.
Adaji Oonarund has entered Dantooine (Star Wars) at 2:43 pm
Adaji Oonarund: The Zabrak Master tended to his garden, watering the plants as padawans bustled about.
Adaji Oonarund: He pushed up with a sign of pain, possibly old age or arthirigtis, and took a seat at a table, pouring himself a cup of tea before speaking "Ah, Mister Fett. Please, come and have some tea."
Boba Fett: -Cautiously approaches and sits down.-
Adaji Oonarund: "Old age strikes you as well as me, I hear, but I suppose it is the fate of all. The young will always outlast us, and we will live only as memories."
Boba Fett: I am...utterly befuddled...right now, sir.
Adaji Oonarund: "You're dying, Fett. Everyone dies. However, there is something wrong with the fact that you are dying, at this very time." The Zabrakian sipped his tea and set the cup on the table.
Boba Fett: "Governor-...Excuse me, Master Jedi...I don't fear death, but there's nothing wrong with trying to make up the wrong's a person has made before their time is up."
Adaji Oonarund: "You are not meant to die. Not just yet. Not enough events have been set in motion. There is something yet to have come before your death." The Zabrak looked up, and it was then revealed that the old Jedi was blind, his eyes scarred beyond recognition.
Boba Fett: "I still have 2 years. Plenty of work to get accomplished."
Adaji Oonarund: "Two years are not enough to do what must be done. I have seen what the Force intends for you, in visions that only the blind can see. You will not fall to this enemy, this cancer. You will find a cure."
Boba Fett: "Right. A cure will magically appear or develop in 2 years time...I guess it's possible, but I'm not exactly normal, genetically."
Adaji Oonarund: "I do not control nor know the ways that the Force moves. Only what the Force foretells to me. You will be cured. And you will fight. You will become more than what you are."
Boba Fett: "I won't hold my breath." -Nods some, grabbing the tea and placing it into his feeding tube container, to consume the beverage.-
Adaji Oonarund: "Now, I suppose we might get to why you're here. You came to train using vibroblades, correct? Would you prefer I use the Zhaboka instead?" The Zabrak calmly spoke, nodding to his traditional double-bladed Zhaboka.
Boba Fett: "No. I don't need training in anything. I'm here on stake out for a job."
Adaji Oonarund: "Ah. And just whom is your target?" The Zabrak asked.
Boba Fett: "Don't know yet. Waiting for an employer or someone who's wanted on the terminal. My helmet is constantly displaying the bounty hunting terminal missions."
Adaji Oonarund: "If it's me, do me a favour and let me finish pruning my garden and drinking my tea." The Zabrak said with a bit of a chuckle.
Boba Fett: "Some how, I doubt you're causing anyone, but The Empire trouble. And honestly I don't see you as a major threat to the galaxy that the Empire should break down your doors and execute you."
Adaji Oonarund: "You've never seen a old, blind, veteran Zabrak fight when cornered, have you?"
Boba Fett: "No. I have not. I've seen a lot of odds but, a blind old man isn't something I expect anything spectacular from."
Adaji Oonarund: "Even a pebble can cause an avalanche, when aided by a simple blow of the wind."
Adaji Oonarund: "After all," The Zabrak looked back, those blind, scarred, burnt eyes seeming to stare into the middle-aged man "You started out with little. And you have done so much."
Boba Fett: "I hate to say it, but you and I have something in common, old man. We're both on our last leg. The difference is, I still got fight in me."
Adaji Oonarund: The Zabrak turned to his garden, where saplings begun to grow "There is gifts in patience, young one. Look at this dead sapling. It grew before it was ready. Before I had pruned the other plants to allow sun to shine on it. Because of it's impatience, it is dead."
Adaji Oonarund: He held another, this one growing, flowering. "And this one was patient, It knew that the sun did not shine. It knows that the water is not ready to fall. And for it's patience, it grows."
Adaji Oonarund: "You see, I am still Zabrak. I still wish to fight until I am one with the Force. But I must wait until the time is right."
Adaji Oonarund: The Zabrak once more returned to his table "And you are one of the cataclysts in the event that will make the time right."
Boba Fett: "Wisdom only comes with age and experience.I'll admit that I think you're a crazy old hermit taking care of his garden, but there is some wisdom in your words."
