Description
Kendra Hardy is a vigilante under the alias of Warden, taking up the role after being raped on her way home from her Prison guard duty by a former inmate at her prison assignment. The experience left her scarred and bitter towards the criminals in society who have no hope for redemption. When the Zombie outbreak occurred, she and her side-kick took up arms to hunt down and slay as many zombies possible. Kendra's identity is known by only by Benjamin Hicks, Quincy Girard, and Sierra Hardy.
Kendra has a particular rivalry with Orion the Predator as both individuals are similar in many aspects. Kendra has a hatred for Orion's view of humans as nothing more than rodents infesting Earth, contrary; Kendra sees the Zombies as nothing more than ruthless parasites feeding off other civilizations.
Background
Kendra joined the police force at 19 and became an average police officer until she was pushed through the system to fulfill quotas mandatory by the government. Despite these boosts to her career, her intelligence and genius weren't absent as she planned on being a detective later in her life. Her life would be forever changed when a position as a security guard in a prison was offered to her. She was exposed to the bitter side of criminals, the acceptance of defeat and thirst for revenge against their captors. Kendra had experienced gas bombs, home made projectiles, and home made knives. However one night while on her way home she stopped by a late night grocery store to shop when her predator stalked her. As she got home, her predator forced her into her bed and raped her.
She would be rescued by her sister who fired a taser and paralyzed the attack subduing him. Kendra would be ashamed and guilt of defeat consumed her for a year as she replayed the scenes over and over in her head. Until finally one night she walked home she heard a woman's scream being silenced. Kendra drew her gun upon a man attempting to rape a woman. Kendra's fear and anxiety turned into anger and revenge, without second guessing the situation, Kendra aimed and fired her gun killing the rapist by blowing his head clean off with a .44 magnum. The Kendra didn't report the event however, and began to formulate a plan to establish herself as a vigilante with a costume meant to conceal her identity. Her sister would initially disagree but, Kendra was determined and eventually her sister gave in.
Both sisters would team up and send a clear message that criminals will receive no mercy from them and eventually led to the police actively hunting the duo. Before the vigilante would be exposed, a Zombie outbreak would occur and the two were publicly called to stop the outbreak and save their city from the disease. The duo teamed up with the police force and battled hundreds of zombies before they were forced to retreat. Her allegiance would end with the police when a police officer attempted to rape her sister while in costume, Kendra decapitated the officer and became disgusted with the law enforcement for harboring such "scum."
Kendra would run into Lt. Hicks and Sgt. Girard, Kendra would come to trust Ben Hicks and his best friend, Quincy Girard. As the Warden she is trusted as Ben Hick's official 3rd in command.
